A stay at Hillhouse Writer’s Retreat Bed and Breakfast includes:

Three gourmet meals a day using organic homegrown produce (when available) served family style, with additional snacks available between meals. We take special consideration in preparing foods that meet any special dietary needs of our guests through a survey at the time of reservation.

Our Downstairs Guest Wing
(includes four bedrooms):

Shared Entertainment Area (DVD, video, surround sound, stereo)
Shared Bathroom with private tub, shower, and commode rooms
Seperate kitchen
Separate entrance and easy access to laundry facilities.

Weekend Rates
(Friday – Sunday per night, based on a two-day stay):

1. Beige Room (Twin day bed w/ trundle) $165

2. Morgan Room (Full size Futon) $170

3. Moon and Stars Room (Full size bed) $170

4. Green Room (Queen size bed) $175

Weekday Rates
(Sunday – Friday per night, based on a 5-day stay):

1. Beige Room (Twin day bed w/ trundle) $135

2. Morgan Room (Full size Futon) $140

3. Moon and stars room (Double bed) $140

4. Green (Queen Room) $145

Special Guest “The Blue Room” Suite:

“The Blue Room” is situated on the main level of our house with dramatic views of rolling pastureland. It features a Queen sized four poster canopy bed, has its own fireplace and private bath with both a claw foot Victorian bath and separate shower.

Weekend Rates:

Blue room $250 per night

Weekday Rates
(based on a 5 day stay):

Blue room $160 per night

Additional person in any room (Includes meals and non alcohol beverages) $50 per day

Check in is after 2PM
Check out is before 11:30AM
